Eligibility for Exchange

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Clearance, promotional, or final sale items.
  • Gift cards.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item received
  • A brief description of the issue

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.

Exchange Process

  2. Provide your order number and exchange request details.
  3. Wait for exchange approval and return instructions.
  4. Ship the item back according to the instructions provided.
  5. Once the returned item is received and inspected, the replacement item will be shipped.

Exchange Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Aorax Official will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item for approved exchanges due to our error.

Processing Time

Exchange requests are typically reviewed within 2–5 business days after receiving the returned item.

Once approved, replacement items will be processed and shipped as soon as possible.
